Responsibilities
- Hunting new customers and taking care of existing customers in your account.
- Cooperating with related parties and clients by email or telephone.
- Visiting existing customers and new potential customers.
- Receiving a complaint, solving the problem, or presenting a solution as the customer is satisfied.
- Reporting sales activities monitoring profit and even checking customer activity every month.
- Other assignments by the company and management level.
Qualifications
- Male/Female 24-35 years old
- Graduated with a bachelor's degree or higher
- Good team-work
- Able to use MS Office and Email.
- Interested in customer service
- Has a good sense of humor and is able to solve immediate problems.
Responsibilities
- Call customers from the list provided by the company Or find a list of additional customers from other ways by yourself.
- Offer LCL service via telephone to customers.
- Close sales with customers
- Increase the number of new customers according to the goals set by the company
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or any related field
- Good command of English
- Experience in Console & Overseas is a plus
- Capable in Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical skills, negotiation skills, target-oriented and customer service oriented, hardworking and mature.
Responsibilities
- Coordinator for overseas agent and team
- Able to take care of overseas agent
- Follow up shipment status with overseas agent
- Coordinate with the related parties to solve problems overseas
- Negotiate with carriers, and freight forwarders for the best freight costs available
- Monitor all shipments and report to the line manager
- In charge of the consolidation agent agreement
Qualifications
- Experience in Freight forwarding, Logistic, Sales background
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, Marketing, or other related fields.
- Understand nature of the work of Sales.
- Good Command of English (to use in documents, reports, and email mainly)
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Good Attitude, Team Work, and work well under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Hunting new customers and taking care of existing customers in your account, and maintaining a minimum profit margin. (3 Times of based salary)
- Cooperating with sales-co, agent, and client by email or telephone.
- Visiting existing customers and new potential customers.
- Issuing Quotation as customer requested including responding with oversea inquiries.
- Following up shipment and coordinating internally with other sections concerning until the job is completed.
- Monitoring and following up on new inquiries of new customers even coordinating with sales support and operation.
- Assisting job and support job assignment of commander.
- Receiving a complaint, solving the problem, or presenting a solution as the customer is satisfied.
- Reporting sales activities monitoring profit and even checking customer activity every month.
- Other assignments by the company and management level.
